What's Going on Here?
October 19, 2008
Great question. I have been so busy with other things to put any focus on The Party Page. I have had opportunities to work with others in the Chapel Hill area to keep it up to speed, but just had to put it on hold. I have not given up on The Party Page, though, only taken a break. When things stabilize a bit, I hope to address some issues with the website and make some improvements, including regular updates!

Web 2.0 Drinking Game
September 29, 2006
Staying in for the night because you're sick, have to study, you're too tired to go out, etc.? Well, don't get left out of the drinking fun! While you're wasting your time surfing the Internet, you can drink along the way, with the Web 2.0 Drinking Game! A combination of both your Internet addiction and your alcohol addiction, what could be better?
This only seemed appropriate. Please email us if you have any crazy stories as a result from actually playing. Oh, and thanks to Steve of Micro Persuasion for blogging about the game.
Change in the Air
September 27, 2006
Fall is upon us, and that means temperatures and leaves are dropping, along with the occassional shot - try a Buttery Nipple or Royal Flush if you haven't before. But the party page may also be seeing some changes, and one may not be so pretty. Because the site is in need of a major update, and with a current lack of necessary resources (time, money, human, etc.), the party page could enter a temporary hiatus. However, it may stay up. Only time will tell. I can assure you of one thing, though, you will always be aware of what goes on with the site, because it's for you - the diehard Chapel Hill partygoers. Drop me a line if you have questions, comments, suggestions, complaints, thoughts, gripes, rants, raves, compliments, ideas and anything else: dmonday@thepartypage.com
Take care, and enjoy the fall!
New Site Launched!
December 1, 2005
thepartypage.com has been redesigned to improve appearance and usability. Please use the links at the top or to the left to navigate to the sections you desire.
There is now an easy-to-use form for submitting parties. Click "Post a Party" across the top to access it.
There is also a drop-down box on the left where you can change the color scheme to suit your preferences. This was based on mixed feedback from the question posed on the old website. Thanks for all your input!
Thanks for all your support!
